Wireless monitoring of building movement
Before work starts – and throughout the project – we use high-precision wireless tilt and crack sensors to monitor structural movement. The data gives us a clear basis for choosing the right remediation strategy and continuously confirms its effectiveness. We handle everything: we install the sensors and calibrate them on site. All you need is 220 V for the gateway; the sensors are battery-powered and fully wireless.
Short cracks? A leaning wall? Before we repair anything, we measure and continuously watch masonry movement – safely, accurately and without cables. The measurements help us choose the correct repair method and, after the repair, verify that everything is stable.
FAQs
How long do we need to monitor?
Typically 4–12 weeks, depending on the rate of change and the season. Longer for sensitive structures.
What if 220 V isn’t available?
We’ll propose an alternative (e.g., temporary power or relocating the gateway).
Will the monitoring disturb building operations?
No. Sensors are small, wireless and installed without dusty works.
Can you repair the cracks afterwards?
Yes. We design and deliver the remediation with our systems (e.g., helical reinforcement, micropiles).
Let’s get started
- I’d like a no-obligation consultation
- I’m interested in a monitoring quote
- I need a quick baseline survey (e.g., 14 days before deciding on repairs)
Call us or send photos and the building address — we’ll propose the fastest route to certainty.
